Orders are processed for shipping: Wednesday thru Friday at the store... any orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Wednesday. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as its made available. these times may vary if there is high order volumes.
Our Preferred Method for Shipping: Canada Post, with tracking info/insurance.
Shipping times may be faster or slower than stated by Canada Post* and "The Stitchery" is not responsible for these. Shipment times, as they are estimated, and can very. We appreciate your patience and understanding while awaiting the arrival of your order!
"In Store Pick-Up/Curb Side Pick-Up" Option; You will be contacted and we can set up a date and time for Pick-up that works for both parties. We ask during this time you do not just show up as we are spacing people out to eliminate large groups of people showing up at the same time.
Free Shipping in Canada on Orders over $175.00: Is currently available for online web orders as well as for phone/mail order some restrictions apply please contact us for more details.
For Phone/mail order and web orders some items that do NOT quality for free shipping would be larger rulers, reliable irons, some cutting mats... due to their size and packaging requirements.

*Deliveries with-in Canada can take on average 6-10 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries outside of Canada might take longer. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery that is trackable. Standard shipping method is Canada Post. Please note that customers outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES...
Any and all returns, refunds, or exchanges, damages, incomplete/incorrect orders, or other claims must be submitted with 15 days of receiving the order. Claims can be submitted by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org please include any addition helpful information/photos in regards to the claim being made... or by phone1-403-556-6221. Every effort will be made to resolve any issues. It is at our sole discretion and we handle all returns and or replacements and is done so on case by case basis. We hope to work with you to resolve any and all issues and get the customer the best possible results possible.
PRE PACKAGED ITEMS
Notions, Thread, Fabric Packs (pre cut or made in house), Bundles, Kits etc. Once opened, cut, or used in anyway cannot be returned. In the event you received a wrong item please do not open the products packaging plastic/cello-wrap/sealed bag/tied-ribbon. This could affect the ability to make a return. Packaging of item('s) dose not include the box/envelope that was used for shipping the item('s) in.
If you received your item('s) ordered and there is an issue please contact us right away.
CUT FABRIC BY THE METER:
Quantity is in .50 meter increments... i.e QTY 1 = .50meter QTY 2 = 1 meter QTY 3 = 1.5 meters
All cut fabric orders are final sale. Some exceptions can be made at our discretion.
ITEMS ON SALE
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. This includes Regular priced items on sale and items in "Sale Bin" and Sub-categories of "Sale Bin". No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All product images are taken to give additional references to the product as best possible.
